Dr. Shish Pal is an assistant professor at Gateway Institute Engineering and Technology, Sonipat (Haryana) from 25 October 2021. Hehas over 3 years of experience in teaching and over 5 years of experience in research. He is a doctorate from Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheswar university of science and technology, Hisar and he was full time scholar (JRF, SRF) during PhD. He has qualified UGC NET in Management in 2010. He has completed an MBA with specialization of marketing and human resource management from GJUST, Hisar. He has completed a Bachelors in Arts (economics) from university college Kurukshetra university. He was the part of college discipline committee. He hasparticipated in
Dr. Ravneet Kaur is an accomplished academician with 12 years of teaching experience in Commerce and Management, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Government College for Girls, Ludhiana. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from RIMT University, where her doctoral thesis investigated the impact of financial literacy on the investment behavior of salaried female individuals in Ludhiana. A UGC-NET qualified scholar, she also holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Punjab Agricultural University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from SCDL Pune, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Government College for Women, Ludhiana. Throughout her career, which includes faculty roles at Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women and GIET Delhi-NCR, she has demonstrated strong institutional leadership by serving as a Ph.D. co-supervisor, guiding 30 postgraduate and 100 undergraduate projects, and managing key administrative portfolios like Research & Development Cell Deputy In-charge and IQAC/NAAC committee member. Dr. Kaur is an active researcher with multiple publications in SCOPUS, UGC Care, and peer-reviewed journals specializing in financial literacy, green banking, and economic awareness. In addition to her research papers, she co-authored the 2025 book From Chalkboards to Chatbots: AI's Revolution in Education Sector, edited management volumes, and sits on the editorial boards of national journals. Her professional expertise is further enhanced by advanced certifications from institutions like IIM Ahmedabad and the University of California, and she is frequently invited as a resource person to deliver national FDP sessions on topics such as effective thesis writing and teacher leadership skills.
